If you lost both your authenticator and backup codes, use the account recovery request. Do not email passwords, verification codes, backup codes, identity documents, or other authentication secrets.
Privacy and legal requests
Describe the request and the Veltor account or organization it concerns. We may need to verify your authority before disclosing, changing, or deleting data.
Security reports
Include a concise description, affected URL, expected behavior, and safe reproduction steps. Do not access another person’s data, disrupt the service, or include live credentials.
