Diagnose a deny result
Treat deny as a successful policy result, then trace the recorded rule and available signals.
Confirm the HTTP status
Allow and deny arrive on successful evaluation responses. HTTP errors are transport failures and must be handled separately.
Open the evaluation in the dashboard
Review the policy version, matched rule, and masked inputs. Missing phone or browser signals are recorded as not supplied, not as a false negative.
Adjust policy or exceptions
Change rules in Veltor when your integration already supplies the needed inputs. Use Monitor mode to observe before enforcing.
