Changelog and compatibility policy

Veltor records contract changes and protects integrations from silent breaking behavior.

Additive changes

New actions and optional response fields may be added with documentation. RESTRICTED KEYS and existing OAuth grants do not receive new scopes automatically.

Breaking changes

A required input change, removed field, or changed meaning requires an explicit versioned migration path and changelog notice. SECRET KEYS include future eligible server scopes by design.
