Data deletion

The public API can preview and request recipient-history deletion. Organization deletion remains dashboard-only.

Preview first

Preview the exact recipient selector and review its counts and confirmation digest without changing data.

Request deletion

Submit the same selector, confirmation digest, confirm: true, and a stable idempotency key. Veltor returns a status resource while durable deletion work continues.
